How to locate my driver?
To provide you with quality service and make your arrival as pleasant as possible, our drivers will be there to greet you at the airport or train station.
Here’s how your pickup will proceed:
At the Airport: As soon as you exit the baggage claim and customs area, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall. They will be easily recognizable by a sign displaying your name.
At the Train Station: Upon your arrival at the station, our driver will be waiting at the exit, in the arrivals hall, or just outside the arrivals area. Again, they will be identifiable by a sign with your name.
At the Hotel or Residence: Our driver will park as close as possible to the hotel entrance, preferably near the reception, and visible so you can easily spot your vehicle.
This process ensures a quick and stress-free pickup upon your arrival or for your return. If you don’t immediately see your driver, we recommend checking the immediate surroundings of the meeting point.
