What are the allowed luggage guidelines?
Luggage Size: Each passenger is allowed to bring one standard-sized suitcase (up to 158 cm in total dimensions, i.e., length + width + height) and one carry-on bag.
Luggage Weight: The maximum weight allowed for each suitcase is 23 kg. For carry-on bags, the weight must not exceed 10 kg.
Skis and Snowboards: Our taxis, VTCs, and coaches are equipped to transport skis. However, each vehicle has a limited capacity in terms of luggage space and ski equipment.
If the volume of your luggage and skis exceeds the capacity of our vehicles, we will provide a trailer to ensure the safe transport of all your belongings. The trailer allows us to carry more skis and bulky luggage without compromising comfort inside the vehicle. The use of a trailer incurs an additional cost, which will be included in your quote.
To better serve you, we recommend informing us in advance of the number of skis and the total volume of your luggage when making your reservation. This will allow us to arrange the necessary vehicles and equipment to meet your needs.
Extra Luggage: If you have specific equipment or particularly bulky luggage, please inform us in advance. We can provide a trailer to carry additional luggage or large equipment if needed.
